Here are a few things to know as you consider a consultation with our firm, along with some situations where we may not be the best fit.
The Preliminaries
All appointments are conducted by video or phone call except plan signings, which are in-person at our office in Ballantyne.
Most consultations are free.
Most planning matters average 6-8 weeks to complete.
We set flat fees for nearly all work other than probate matters.
We accept credit cards.
Not the Best Fit
Estate values above $5M (individual) or $10M (couple)
Changes to other attorneys’ work (we switch to our own documents)
SC estate planning or probate cases
Medicaid planning, complex business or tax planning, or disputes/litigation
Emergency planning cases
