I opened the doors of Starrett Law Firm in January 2009 with the economy in the throes of the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression. And my wife and I were expecting our first child to boot. So starting a business made complete sense. Well\u2026 not exactly, but I truly felt God calling me toward a bigger purpose. Since then, driven by the personal experience of losing my father to a massive stroke, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients better prepare to leave a lasting legacy while also giving back to my community as the founder of a charity that donates to local causes. I’m beyond blessed and can’t wait to see where He continues to lead me.<\/p>\n
