Allen was so helpful in our estate planning. We didn’t know anything about drafting a will so of course the first thing we did was research on the internet! We contacted a few law firms in our area, and were pleasantly surprised to get a personal phone call back from Allen (and not just a form email response). He was really gracious in answering our questions and we didn’t feel pressured into making commitments.
